Dear Northwest Chocolate Fountains, Just to thank both of your staff for helping to make our party so fantastic! From my initial enquiry to the last marshmallow, you couldn't have been more helpful. It was wonderful to arrive at the venue on Saturday night to find you already set up and the chocolate flowing, what a wonderful sight to greet our guests as they arrived! Thank you for your helpful and courteous manner and for being so patient with our guests. The chocolate and dips were delicious and most appreciated by everyone. I'm sure it will be a talking point for a long time to come. The management were also impressed with the way you cleared away and left everything just the way you found it, another mark of your professionalism.
